Shipping Policies

We ships by Canada post,Fedex and UPS. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

• We ship Canada and United States.These items should arrive in 2-8 business days, depending on your location. 
• The address we ship to should be the shipping address customer fills in the order check out (that will shows on the purchase notification email). Please remember to offer correct shipping address, once the parcel shipped out, it does not allow changing the shipping address anymore.
• And we will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.
• If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
